Well I know there still hasn't been much going on here lately, but hey here's something. On the Music page, you will find a new song entitle "Origin". I wrote it over a year ago, and how it could take this long to finally get it on here, I have no idea, but it's on there.
There have been so few songs being added to the music page because most of what I'm doing now is for my next album, The Fall of Faith, and so I'm keeping them for that. I appologize for my lack of new material on the webiste, but I will try to keep more things coming while still working on The Fall of Faith.

Hey everybody! For the past little while, the Murderjetz site was down but I now have it back up and running (quite obviously, if you're reading this).
I know I haven't released any new songs or anything in a while, because I've been very busy with things. I am still working on The Fall of Faith, but progress has been slow.
Anyway, I hope everyone had a good New Year's and I wish you all a good year to come.

It's been a while since I've made an update on here so I just wanted to pop in a few words, let everyone know that Murderjetz is still alive and kicking.
I am currently working on a new album, entitled The Fall Of Faith. You can check out the first single, One's Demise, on the music page. My hopes are to finish this album within two years, but I guess we're just going to have to wait and see.

Thanks to my brother, I now have a new website for Murderjetz! The merchandise section is also up, I'm selling many items in there. And I finally got the master CD for Tacit, so that will be released shortly!

I decided to make some changes to the website to add a bit more content to it, although the most important change has nothing to do with content. I am changing over to a .com domain name, because my current .tk domain name provider now brings up an advertisement every time you go to the site, which I don't like at all. So the new adress is now www.murderjetz.com...easier to remember anyways, I guess.
Secondly, I thought that if any guitar players out there wanted to learn my songs, I could put tabs to some of my songs on here, and so I added a tablature page. Although it doesn't have all of my songs on there, I suppose that is the eventual goal, though I don't know if it will ever happen, since I usually don't tab my songs. I have so far put up the tabs for Torn, Hurricane and Shift.
The third change is that I now have Murderjetz t-shirts available. Check the merchandise page to view the selection and order one.

Some big news this time around; I have just finished redoing Supernova, which marks the completion of my first album, Tacit. Most of the songs on the Music page are on it, and you can still listen to all of them from there, because I don't want to limit how much of my music you can listen to. The only difference is that the songs on the website are lower quality (160kbs) to make it a bit easier for dial-up users, but on the CD, they will be professionally mastered and at much better quality, to sound as good as possible. The mastering has yet to be done though, and then I'll still have to get a bunch of copies made, but I'm guessing it should be available in about 2-3 months. I'll be selling it for $5cad, plus shipping. I will setup an order form so that you can order a copy directly off the website, or you can even just go to the Contact page and e-mail me to order one in advance, if you want. I will keep you posted on any advancements on this subject.

I have just put up two new songs on the music page: Shift, and the most recent one, Crueshia. Next up, I want to finish off Supernova, which has been in the early demo recordings section for quite some time; I think it's about time I get it done.

Over the past couple of weeks, I have been updating the music page with some new stuff. First to come was a new Metal song, Torn. Then I decided to put up a couple of updated versions of some older songs, Alone, which is now very different, and the full version of Superstitions, which I only had the shorter film version of before. And finally, as of today, I have just finished a new song called Machine, a mix of electronic beats and Metal guitars. I just thought it was about time I make an update, it's been a while.
Now that I have finished Machine, I now have a good demo that I'm going to start sending out to record labels soon, see if anything comes out of that, who knows. This also means that Tacit is very near completion. I basically just have to go over all the songs and tweak some here and there, maybe redo some things, although there is still one that isn't even finished yet (Supernova) which I would like to have on Tacit. I'm hoping to have it finished by the end of June.

I have just made a few updates on the music page. First, I have added two new songs under "Demo Recordings", they are both samples of two new songs that will be found on Tacit. Speaking of which, yes I am still working on my CD, Tacit. I am still trying to get it done for sometime in May, but I've been quite busy lately, it may have to get pushed back to June...hopefully no later than that though.
Also, Run Away has been completely reworked, the vocal melody is now very different and the overall song has changed a bit as well. I sang the song myself and, if you've heard my singing in the past, you might notice that there has been some kind of miraculous improvement in my singing. I'm not exactly GOOD, but I don't totally SUCK anymore...so check that out.

There haven't been any updates in a little while now...but that is because I am currently working on putting out a CD. Titled "Tacit", it will be completely self-released and will include only instrumental music. It will have new material/new versions of current songs, including a little trip into electronic music. Some of the new versions of current songs will be quite noticeably different than the originals, and all songs will be enhanced with the introduction of bass guitar, giving everything a better overall sound. It will be sold for a very cheap price, basically the cost of production + shipping. I can't give a definite release date as of yet, but I am aiming for sometime in the month of May. So until then, chances are that there will be very little updates (or none at all) on the website, as far as for new music at least...so check here for it in a couple of months!
